Shipping
Information
All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS at
Personal Baby's discretion. As most items are
personalized, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery unless
otherwise stated in the product description. During
the holiday season, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery as
it's a very busy time of year. If you
need rush or express shipping, please e-mail
custserv@personalbaby.com and we will do our best to

Refund
Policy
Personal Baby strives to keep our customers happy, but if
you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you must call or e-mail us
to receive a return authorization # BEFORE shipping your
product back. Items returned without an authorization
number may be refused.
Personalized items are
non-refundable as they are a custom order, however,
if Personal Baby makes an error with your order (misspelled
name, incorrect location or color of embroidered design or
name), we will be responsible for additional shipping costs
to get you the correct item. |

Just like your baby, your items should be handled with care.
We recommend hand washing your clothing items in cold water
or machine washing on delicate cycle to preserve the quality
of your product. Embroidered items should be hand
washed to preserve the embroidery. |
