Order Status

Once you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email and then another email when your order ships.  If you have any questions on your order status, you can call our customer service department toll free at 888-292-4401 for more information, or email us at custserv@personalbaby.com

There are times when we are out of stock on certain items, or there is a backorder with the manufacturer.  Personal Baby will contact you regarding the backorder status to discuss your options regarding your order.

Shipping Information

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS at Personal Baby's discretion.  As most items are personalized, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery unless otherwise stated in the product description.  During the holiday season, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery as it's a very busy time of year.  If you need rush or express shipping, please e-mail custserv@personalbaby.com and we will do our best to accommodate you!  Shipping rates are listed below:

Payment Options

Personal Baby accepts, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Paypal.  Credit card payments may be made through our secure server or if you prefer, you may call in your order Toll Free at 888-292-4401 (Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 4 PM Central Time) 

Returns/Refund Policy

Personal Baby strives to keep our customers happy!  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you need to contact us regarding returns or exchanges within 10 days of receipt of your order.  Items returned after 10 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  All returns must have a Return Authorization # before shipping your product back.  Return Authorization #'s must be clearly written on the outside of your package.  Personal Baby is not responsible for shipping costs to return an item.  Sorry - ABSOLUTELY NO CASH REFUNDS.  Refunds will be made via your payment method on your order.   Items returned without an authorization number may be refused. 

Personalized items are non-refundable as they are a custom order, however, if Personal Baby makes an error with your order (misspelled name, incorrect location or color of embroidered design or name), we will be responsible for additional shipping costs to get you the correct item.

Order Processing Times

Order processing times may vary depending on the items ordered.  Most items are shipped out within 24 - 48 hours, depending on whether they are personalized items or not.  Please allow additional time for personalized items, as they are custom made orders and take additional time for processing.  There are certain seasons when processing can take extra time, such as the holiday season.  Please order your items in plenty of time to receive your items before your special occasion or event.  If you need your order by a certain date, please let us know by putting your comments in our Customer Comments section at checkout, or call us to let us know if expedited shipping is needed for your order.  We will do everything possible to get your order to you in a timely manner, although Express Shipping may be necessary to do so. 

Care Instructions

Just like your baby, your items should be handled with care.  We recommend hand washing your clothing items in cold water or machine washing on delicate cycle to preserve the quality of your product.  Embroidered items should be hand washed to preserve the embroidery.

You provide information to us when you navigate our store, search for products, add them to your shopping cart, and make a purchase.  If you make a purchase, you are providing us with your name, address, email and phone number and credit card information.  Please be rest assured that your order is being processed through our secure server.  The information you provide to us is used for correspondence with you regarding your order.  For example, you may want to be notified when your order ships or when a backordered item is back in stock.  We store this information to be able to respond to your requests and be able to communicate with you to improve your experience as our guest.
